Which Minchah is the Pasuk referring to?

But not to one of the five Menachos which the Torah discussed in the second Perek of Vayikra (Sifsei Chachamim).
Seeing as the oil for the Menachos did not need to be crushed ("Kasis"), why does the Torah write here "Kasis"?
