we learn on daf 48a and b regarding tefillin bags if its allowed and permissible to keep inside like a siddur etc. and thereafter we learn about proper disposal of such kidusha items

the question that really bothers me what about our plastic tefillin holder do we really have to put it in shamos or is it ok to dispose regularly?

Dear Yossi,

There is no need to put the plastic bag in Shemos since it is a "Tashmish Shel Tashmish," and therefore has no Kedushah.
