Perhaps she would even be believed to forbid him to her relatives, since she remembered the story better.
Because she may not marry someone else until she receives a Get from him.
To teach us that she is not believed even MiDerabanan.
Because she must return the Kesef Kiddushin.
To include a case that her swearing a Shevu’ah will not help.

What is the Halachah when one is Mekadesh in front of an Eid Echad?
They are married, even when both do not admit to the Kiddushin.
There is only Kiddushin when they both admit to getting married.
There is only Kiddushin when the man admits to it.
There is only Kiddushin when the woman admits to it.
There is no Kiddushin, even when both admit that they got married.
Why are witnesses necessary when partners are dividing their partnership?
So that neither partner can later lie of the division.
To testify that no one took more than his fair share.
So there will be three people watching one of the partners take his share, like a Beis Din.
