SUMMARY
1. Beis Din ruled erroneously that Chelev is permitted. The people acted upon their ruling and ate Chelev and blood. If the Beis Din forgot whether they ruled on Chelev or blood, they are exempt from bringing a Par. 2. If seven Shevatim acted upon an erroneous ruling, Rebbi Yehudah maintains that each Shevet must bring a Par, including the Shevtaim which did not sin. Rebbi Shimon maintains that each Shevet brings a Par, and Beis Din also brings a Par. 3. A person had Chelev and Nosar in front of him. He ate one of them, but he is not sure which one. According to Rebbi Eliezer, he is Chayav a Chatas. 4. If the Beis Din of one of the Shevatim ruled erroneously and the people of that Shevet acted upon their ruling, the people of that Shevet bring a Par. 5. If the Beis Din ha'Gadol made an erroneous ruling and one Shevet acted upon their ruling, each Shevet must bring a Par according to Rebbi Yehudah.

A BIT MORE
1. Although they definitely ruled in error, and most of the people acted upon their ruling, no Par is brought unless they know exactly which Mitzvah they ruled on. 2. According to Rebbi Meir, the Beis Din brings a Par, not the people. Rebbi Elazar says in the name of Rebbi Meir that if six Shevatim act upon the ruling of Beis Din and they are the majority, or if seven Shevatim act upon the ruling even if they are not the majority, the Beis Din brings a Par. 3. Whether he ate Chelev or Nosar, he is Chayav a Chatas. It is not relevant which one he ate. However, according to Rebbi Yehoshua, a Gezeiras ha'Kasuv exempts him. 4. Only the people of that Shevet bring a Par. The Chachamim maintain that a Par is brought only if the ruling was made by the Beis Din ha'Gadol. If the Beis Din of one Shevet made the ruling, each individual who acted upon the ruling brings a regular Korban Chatas. 5. According to Rebbi Shimon, the Shevet which acted upon the ruling brings a Par. The Beis Din also brings a Par.
