SUMMARY
If a Nochri girl became a Giyores, or a Shifchah was freed, or a captive was ransomed under than the age of three, they receive 200 Zuz for their Kesuvah. (1)
A Ger Katan may be immersed with the Da'as of Beis Din. (2)
A person may be a Shali'ach for someone without his knowledge if it is something that is a merit (Zechus), but not if it is a liability (Chov).
A Nochri and a servant prefer a life free of restrictions rather than to keep the Mitzvos. (3)
A Katan who became a Ger has the right to renounce the Gerus when he becomes an adult. (4)
If a man rapes a Mamzeres, Nesinah, Kusis, Giyores, or Shifchah who was Misgayer or freed when under than the age of three, he must pay a Knas.
If a Ketanah had Bi'ah prior to the age of three, she is regarded as a Besulah and she receives 200 Zuz for her Kesuvah.
If a Gedolah has Bi'ah with a Katan less than nine years old, she is regarded as a Besulah and she receives 200 Zuz for her Kesuvah. (5)
Rebbi Meir: A Mukas Etz receives 200 Zuz for her Kesuvah. Chachamim: She receives only 100 Zuz. (6)
If a girl became a Giyores, or a Shifchah was freed, or a captive was ransomed over the age of three, she receives only 100 Zuz for her Kesuvah.
Rav: If a Katan less than nine years old has Bi'ah with a Gedolah, she is considered a Mukas Etz. Shmuel: She is not considered a Mukas Etz.
Even if the husband was unaware that his wife was a Mukas Etz at the time of their marriage, it is not a Mekach Ta'us.
If the wife claims that she was a Mukas Etz and the husband claims that she was Mezanah, Raban Gamliel and Rebbi Eliezer say that she is believed.
The implication of a Mekach Ta'us is that the wife does not receive the Kesuvah at all.
If there are witnesses that a woman was never in seclusion with her first husband, even so her second husband has no Ta'anas Besulim.
A BIT MORE
1. If the husband finds that she is not a Besulah, she loses her entire Kesuvah because the marriage is regarded as a Mekach Ta'us.
2. If the child has no father, and the mother brings him to Beis Din, they may immerse him because it is a merit for him to become a Ger.
3. This is true only for an adult. Since he has already tasted a life of Hefkerus, it is difficult for him to accept the Mitzvos. For a Katan, though, it is a merit to become a Jew.
4. If he does not renounce the Gerus immediately upon reaching adulthood, he no longer may renounce it.
5. Rav: She is considered a Mukas Etz, and the Chachamim maintain that she receives only 100 Zuz for her Kesuvah. Shmuel: She is not considered a Mukas Etz, and everyone agrees that she receives 200 Zuz for her Kesuvah.
6. Rebbi Meir: A Mukas Etz is comparable to a Bogeres (a girl over twelve and a half). Chachamim: A Mukas Etz is comparable to a Be'ulah.

BRIEF INSIGHT
A GER KATAN
A Katan who became a Ger has the right to renounce the Gerus when he becomes a Gadol. If he does not renounce the Gerus immediately upon becoming a Gadol, he no longer may renounce it. The Rashba asks that since the Ger Katan cannot protest while he is a Katan but can only protest the moment he becomes a Gadol, how is it possible for him to be so exact and protest exactly at the very second that he becomes a Gadol? The Rashba answers that he starts protesting while he is still a Katan and continues protesting after he becomes a Gadol. The Re'ah answers that he may protest while he is still a Katan up until the moment that he becomes a Gadol; once he is a Gadol he may no longer protest.

A GER KATAN
If a Katan has a father, the father may bring him to Beis Din to become a Ger. If he does not have a father and he brings himself to become a Ger, or if his mother brings him to become a Ger, the Beis Din may be convert him, because it is a merit for him to become a Ger, and the law is that one may be Zocheh for a person even without his Da'as. Both a Ger Katan who was converted by his father and a Ger Katan whom the Beis Din converted may renounce the Gerus upon reaching adulthood. He will have the status of a Nochri, and not that of a Yisrael Mumar. However, once he starts acting like a Jew after he becomes a Gadol, he no longer may renounce his Gerus.
