The Tana Kama says that a woman may be forced to drink the Mei Sotah more than once. (7)
Rebbi Yehudah says that the same husband may not force her to drink more than once but a second husband may force her.
The Chachamim say that a woman may not be forced to drink more than once even by a second husband.
A BIT MORE

It is a Safek to Rebbi Ashi if some of the Mei Sotah spills if the remaining water is Kosher The Keren Orah asks, what is the Safek of Rebbi Ashi? If his Safek is whether the Sotah must drink the entire Kos why does he only ask the question in a case that some of the water was spilled? The Keren Orah answers that l'Chatchilah she certainly must drink the entire Kos and the Safek of Rebbi Ashi is whether b'Di'eved it is sufficient for her to drink part of the Kos.

GILGUL SHEVU'AH
The husband may make her wife swear with a Gilgul Shevu'ah that she is not Tamei from the man she secluded herself with or from any other man. And that she is not Tamei from the time of Erusin and after the Nisu'in and that she will not become Tamei after he divorces her and remarries. However he may not make her swear regarding a Tum'ah prior to the Erusin and a Tum'ah after he divorces her in the event that he remarries her, because a Tum'ah at that time does not prohibit her to her husband and he may not make her swear concerning any Bi'ah that does not prohibit her.
