SUMMARY
If someone says he shall be a Nazir and a friend says v'Ani after Kedei Dibur, the friend is not a Nazir. Toch Kedei Dibur is the time it takes for a Talmid to say Shalom to his Rav. If someone says he shall be a Nazir and a friend says v'Ani and another friend says v'Ani, if the first person is released from his Nezirus they are all released. If the last person is released from his Nezirus he is the only one that is released. If the middle person is released from his Nezirus the first person remains a Nazir and the last person is released. If someone says his hand or foot shall be a Nazir he is not a Nazir, but if he says his head or liver shall be a Nazir he is a Nazir. (1) If someone says his hand or hair shall be like a Nazir he is a Nazir. (2) If a woman says she shall be a Nezirah and her husband says v'Ani he may not annul her Nezirus. If a woman separated Korbanos for her Nezirus from the animals of her husband and he subsequently annulled her Nezirus, he may put back the animals into his flock. If the wife separated Korbanos from her own animals and her husband subsequently annulled the Nezirus the Chatas is put to death. If the owner of a Chatas dies the Chatas is put to death. If the husband annuls the Nezirus of his wife and she was unaware of the annulment and she drank wine or was Metamei to Mesim Malkus is not given. (3)
A BIT MORE
1. When he makes a Neder on a vital part of the body he is a Nazir, but if the Neder is not on a vital part of the body he is not a Nazir. 2. Even though the mouth and hair are not vital parts of the body since he says his mouth shall be like his mouth, or his hair shall be like his hair it is as if he said that his mouth shall be like his mouth regarding wine and his hair shall be like his hair regarding shaving. 3. Rebbi Yehudah holds that she is punished with Makos Mardus.

BRIEF INSIGHT
A TALMID AND HIS REBBI If someone says he shall be a Nazir and a friend says v'Ani after Kedei Dibur, the friend is not a Nazir. The Meiri says that the Shi'ur of Kedei Dibur was given so that a Talmid who is involved in a deal and his Rebbi passes by is given time to greet his Rebbi and return to his dealings.
QUICK HALACHAH
HAND AND FEET If someone says his hand or foot shall be a Nazir it has no effect. If he says his head or liver shall be a Nazir, he is a Nazir. The rule is that any limb that if it was removed from a living being it will cause him to die, if he says that limb shall be a Nazir, he is a Nazir. (Rambam Hilchos Nezirus 1:16)
