SUMMARY
1. (Maseches Kinim:) The blood of a Chatas ha'Of is sprinkled below the Chut ha'Sikra.
2. The blood of an Olas ha'Of is sprinkled above the Chut ha'Sikra.
3. The Mishnah contrasts the standard obligatory set of two birds with a donated set of two birds.
4. If a Chatas ha'Of becomes mixed with many Olos ha'Of or vice versa, all of them must die.
5. When a Chatas ha'Of becomes mixed with two birds that were meant to be used as obligatory Korbanos by one person, one Chatas ha'Of may be offered.

A BIT MORE
1. (Maseches Kinim:) This is in contrast to the blood of a Chatas Behemah, which is sprinkled above the Chut ha'Sikra.
2. This is in contrast to the blood of a Chatas Behemah, which is sprinkled below the Chut ha'Sikra. If the blood of any Chatas or Olah is sprinkled in the wrong place, the Korban is invalid.
3. Every obligatory Korban ha'Of involving a pair of birds is comprised of one bird for an Olah and one for a Chatas. However, if a person says, "It is upon me to offer (i.e. I am donating) a pair of birds as a Korban," he must bring two Olos.
4. This is in contrast to a mixture of animal offerings, in which case the animals should be redeemed after they receive a blemish, and the proceeds used to buy the proper amount of Korbanos. In the case of a mixture of bird offerings, redemption is not an option, since there is no redemption for bird offerings even after they receive a blemish.
5. Neither of the birds from the pair had been designated as an Olah or a Chatas. Accordingly, the Kohen may take one of the three birds and offer it as a Korban, since they are all valid for the Korban.
