SUMMARY
1. Rebbi Eliezer: If Yom Tov falls on Friday, one may make two different Eruvin, one for Yom Tov and one for Shabbos. 2. Chachamim: If Yom Tov falls on Friday (#1), one may not make two different Eruvin. 3. The Chachamim allow a person to make a second Eruv when he is in a different place at twilight of the second day. 4. Rav: When Yom Tov falls on Friday, an egg laid on the first day (Friday) is forbidden from use on the second day (Shabbos). 5. A person who makes a second Eruv by going to a different place before twilight of the second day (#3) may not say that he is doing so.

A BIT MORE
1. Rebbi Eliezer says that if Yom Tov falls on Friday, one may take two Eruvin on Thursday and place them in two different locations, and declare that one of them should take effect at twilight on Thursday evening as his Eruv for Yom Tov, and the other should take effect at twilight on Friday evening as his Eruv for Shabbos. 2. The Chachamim maintain that one only make only one Eruv for both Yom Tov and Shabbos. 3. Since an Eruv depends on where a person resides, he may go to a place where he is permitted to go on Yom Tov and establish his new "place of residence" there. By being there before (and during) twilight of Friday evening, he makes a new Eruv Techumin in that place. 4. This is because it is prohibited to use something prepared on Yom Tov for Shabbos. 5. When a person establishes his new "place of residence," he should not stipulate that this will be his residence regarding Techumin. This is considered preparing from Yom Tov to Shabbos (#4). Rather, he should merely think that it is his new place of residence.
