SUMMARY
The Mitzvas Aseh of Tzitzis supersedes the Mitzvas Lo Sa'aseh of Sha'atnez. If a Nazir shaves his hair upon the completion of his Nezirus with something other than a razor he is not Yotzei. If a Nazir leaves over two hairs when he shaves his hair upon the completion of his Nezirus he is not Yotzei. Min ha'Torah a Rov (majority) is as good as Kol (completion). (1) Both a Nazir Tamei and a Nazir Tahor must shave their hair with a razor. (2) If a Nazir left over two hairs, and after the growth of the shaved hairs he shaves the two hairs, it is a Safek whether he is Yotzei. If a Nazir left over two hairs and after one falls out he shaves the other he is not Yotzei. A Nazir may rub his hair and separate them according to Rebbi Shimon because he does not intend to pull out the hairs. A Nazir may not comb his hair even according to Rebbi Shimon because he intends to pull out the partially detached hairs. Rebbi Yishmael says that a Nazir may not rub his hair with dirt because of the possibility that he will pull out hair. (3) If a Nazir drinks wine, shaves his hair, or is Metamei to Mesim the entire day, he is only punished with one Malkus. If the Nazir is warned each time he drinks wines, shaves, or is Metamei he is Chayav for each one. Rabah says in the name of Rebbi Huna that a Nazir who enters under the same roof as a Mes is punished twice with Malkus. (4) Rebbi Yosef says in the name of Rebbi Huna that a Nazir who is Metamei to a Mes and after he is warned he again is Metamei to a Mes is punished twice with Malkus. (5) If a Kohen had a Mes on his shoulder and he was handed another Mes he is only punished once with Malkus. If Levi touches Shimon, who is touching Reuven, who is touching a Mes, he is Tamei for Terumah and Kodshim but not regarding Nezirus and a Korban Pesach. (5)
A BIT MORE
1. With the exception of a Nazir who is shaving his hair upon the completion of his Nezirus. 2. And they both must shave their entire heads without leaving over two hairs. 3. It is a Safek whether Rebbi Yishmael prohibits all dirt because some types of dirt pull out hair, or if he only prohibits the type of dirt that pulls out hair. 4. Once for the prohibition of being Metamei to a Mes and once for the prohibition of entering under the same roof as a Mes. 5. However if while he is still in contact with the first Mes he is Metamei again to a Mes he is punished with Malkus only once. 5. However Shimon is Tamei for Nezirus and a Korban Pesach as well. Since he is only once removed from the Mes he is Tamei mid'Oraisa as if he himself is touching the Mes. However Levi is twice removed from the Mes and therefore he is only Tamei mid'Rabanan for Terumah and Kodshim.

BRIEF INSIGHT
A PESIK REISHA A Nazir may not comb his hair even according to Rebbi Shimon because he intends to pull out the partially detached hairs. The Rosh says that it is forbidden because it is a Pesik Reishei. The Orach Mishor explains that an undesired Pesik Reishei is permitted. However, pulling out the partially detached hairs is a desired Pesik Reishei and is therefore prohibited. When one combs his hair, even if he is not intending to pull out the partially detached hairs, he is happy if they are pulled out and therefore it is regarded as a desired Pesik Reishei.
QUICK HALACHAH
A MELACHAH ON SHABBOS If someone does a Melachah that is permitted on Shabbos and it is possible that inadvertently a forbidden Melachah will be done along with it, if he does not intend to do the forbidden Melachah it is permitted. Therefore one may drag a bench on Shabbos if he does not intend to make a gully in the ground while he is dragging. If a gully is made in the ground it is not a concern. One may walk in the grass on Shabbos if he does not intend to uproot the grass, and if the grass is uprooted it is not a concern. One may wash his hands with dirt if he does not intend to rip out any hair, and if hair is ripped out it is not a concern. (Rambam Hilchos Shabbos 1:5)
