SUMMARY
If a Nazir becomes Tamei to a Nefel that did not develop tendons he must recount his Nezirus.
If a Nazir becomes Tamei to bones that are Rov Binyan or Rov Minyan of a Mes he must recount his Nezirus.
If the flesh of a Mes liquefies and congeals, or the moisture from a Mes is boiled until it bubbles it is Metamei b'Ohel. (1)
It is a Safek if a k'Zayis Netzel of an animal is Metamei like a Neveilah.
It is a Machlokes whether the stringent Tum'ah of a Neveilah is Metamei when it is fit for a dog, but not fit for a Ger. (2)
The non-stringent Tum'ah of food is Metamei until it is no longer fit for a dog.
If the fat from a Neveilah of a Kosher bird is liquefied in fire it conveys Tum'ah, but if it is liquefied in the sun it does not convey Tum'ah. (3)
If a Tahor liquid is poured into a Tamei liquid the liquid that is left in the Tahor utensil remains Tahor. (4)
It is a Safek whether Tahor food that is poured into Tamei food if the food that is left in the Tahor utensil remains Tahor. (5)
If an intact k'Zayis Chelev of a Mes is dissolved it is Metamei, if it is not intact prior to being dissolved it is not Metamei.
Chizkiyah says decomposition of a Mes is Metamei b'Ohel if it is the amount that fills the palm of the hand.
Rebbi Yochanan says that decomposition is Metamei b'Ohel only if there is the amount of a handful.
A BIT MORE
1. If it does not congeal it is not flesh from the Mes but rather it is mucous and it is not Metamei.
2. A Neveilah is a stringent Tum'ah because it conveys Tum'ah both via touching and by carrying.
3. The Neveilah of a Kosher bird conveys Tum'ah when swallowed.
4. The honey of Zifim and Tzapichis is an exception because it is thick or because it jumps back when the pouring stops. Beis Shamai says that a dish of crushed legumes is also an exception.
5. The Safek is whether honey is an exception because it is thick and in that case food would also be an exception, or if honey is an exception because it jumps back when the pouring stops and that does not apply to food.

If the fat from a Neveilah of a Kosher bird is liquefied in fire it is Metamei, but if it is liquefied in the sun it is not Metamei. Tosfos explains that it is usual to liquefy the fat in fire and it remains fit for eating even after it is liquefied and therefore it is Metamei. However if it is liquefied in the sun it will go bad and will no longer be fit for eating and therefore it no longer is Metamei.

A Nazir must shave his hair if he is Metamei to a Nefel that did not develop tendons, or a k'Zayis from the flesh of a Mes, or a k'Zayis Netzel, or for bones that are the Rov Binyan of the Mes even if it is less than a Rova Kav, or for bones that are the Rov Minyan of the Mes even if it is less than a Rova Kav and for a half of a Kav of bones even if they are not the Rov Minyan or Rov Binyan of the Mes as long as the bones come from one Mes, not two. (Rambam Hilchos Nezirus 7:2)
