A BIT MORE
1. Since the Nochri did not intend to be Menasech the wine, one is permitted to derive benefit from the wine. 2. However, if the Nochri touched the wine with his foot, one is permitted to derive benefit from the wine. 3. According to Rebbi Shimon, if a Nochri came into contact with wine unintentionally, for example, he fell into a storage pit of wine, the wine is permitted even for drinking. 4. However, it is only forbidden to drink the wine. It is permitted to derive benefit from it. 5. A Nochri has the status of a Zav mid'Rabanan. Their saliva is Tamei and they are Tamei Midras. If they sit on a chair or lie down on a bed, it becomes an Av ha'Tum'ah. A Nochri does not become a Ger with Milah alone. He must also immerse in a Mikvah. Therefore, a servant who did not immerse is regarded as a Nochri according to one opinion and he is Tamei like a Zav. 6. According to Shmuel, the wine is Yayin Nesech for twelve months. After twelve months, they no longer mention the Avodah Zarah. Therefore, if they touch wine it is permitted. According to Rav, the wine they touch is permitted even within twelve months. 7. According to Rav, the wine is forbidden. According to Shmuel, the wine is permitted. Everyone agrees that if the sons of a maidservant who are minors touch wine, it is permitted.
