SUMMARY
1. Rebbi Elazar ben Shamu'a says in the name of Rebbi Elazar b'Rebbi Shimon that a Kohen may separate the head of a Chatas ha'Of, but he is not obligated to do so. 2. If the Kohen presses the blood from the head of an Olas ha'Of onto the Mizbe'ach, but not the blood from the body, it is Pasul. If he presses the blood from the body but not from the head, it is valid. 3. If the Avodos of a Chatas ha'Of were done like a Chatas ha'Of but it was brought l'Shem Olah, it is Pasul. An Olah brought l'Shem Chatas is valid. 4. If the Avodah of a Chatas ha'Of is done like an Olas ha'Of, it is Pasul. 5. If the Avodos of a Chatas ha'Of were done like a Chatas ha'Of, but it was brought on the upper part of the Mizbe'ach, it is Pasul. 6. If the Melikah of a Chatas ha'Of is done on the upper part of the Mizbe'ach, it is valid. 7. If the Avodah of an Olas ha'Of is done like a Chatas ha'Of, it is Pasul. 8. If the Avodos of an Olas ha'Of were done like an Olah, but on the lower part of the Mizbe'ach, it is Pasul. 9. There is no Chiyuv Me'ilah for a Chatas ha'Of brought properly on the Mizbe'ach. 10. If an Olas ha'Of was brought on the lower part of the Mizbe'ach and it was brought like a Chatas ha'Of, according to Rebbi Yehoshua there is no Chiyuv Me'ilah. Rebbi Eliezer disagrees.

A BIT MORE
1. According to Rebbi Elazar b'Rebbi Shimon, the meaning of "Lo Yavdil" in the verse of Chatas ha'Of is that there is no obligation to separate the head from the body. 2. Most of the blood is in the body. Hence, if the blood is not pressed from the body, it is not valid. 3. All Korbanos brought she'Lo Lishmah are valid, but the owner does not fulfill his obligation, with the exception of a Chatas and a Pesach which are Pasul when brought she'Lo Lishmah. 4. If, instead of sprinkling the blood of the Chatas, it was pressed against the Mizbe'ach like an Olas ha'Of, it is Pasul. 5. Even if all of the Avodos were done like a Chatas ha'Of but the blood was sprinkled on the upper part of the Mizbe'ach, it is Pasul. 6. Although a Chatas ha'Of is brought on the lower part of the Mizbe'ach, the Melikah may be done on any part of the Mizbe'ach. 7. If the blood of the Olas ha'Of was sprinkled on the Mizbe'ach like a Chatas ha'Of instead of being pressed against the Mizbe'ach, it is Pasul. 8. In all of these cases, although it is Pasul the Shechitah is Metaher it and thus it does not have the Tum'ah of a Neveilah. 9. A Chatas ha'Of is eaten in its entirety by the Kohanim. When it becomes fit for a Kohen to eat, there is no Chiyuv Me'ilah, even for a non-Kohen. 10. According to Rebbi Yehoshua, since it was done on the lower part of the Mizbe'ach, as soon as the Kohen cuts one of the Simanim it becomes a Chatas. There is no Chiyuv Me'ilah for a Chatas after the Shechitah.
