SUMMARY
1. If one slaughtered, with Melikah, a Korban ha'Of in the Azarah and subsequently offered it outside the Azarah, he is Chayav Kares. 2. If one slaughtered, with Shechitah, a Korban ha'Of outside the Azarah and offered it there, he is Chayav Kares. 3. Ula says that if the Eimurim of Kodshim Kalim were placed on the Mizbe'ach prior to the Zerikas ha'Dam, they may not be removed from the Mizbe'ach. According to one version of Rebbi Yochanan, they must be removed. 4. If the Eimurim of Kodshei Kodashim were placed on the Mizbe'ach prior to the Zerikas ha'Dam, everyone agrees that they may not be removed from the Mizbe'ach. 5. If a Korban is brought upon the Mizbe'ach while it is still alive, it must be removed. 6. If a valid Olah was slaughtered on the Mizbe'ach, there is a disagreement about whether it must be flayed on the Mizbe'ach. 7. If an Olah became Pasul, it is not flayed, but it is burned in the Azarah with its hide. If it became Pasul after the Zerikas ha'Dam, according to Rebbi Elazar b'Rebbi Shimon the Korban is flayed. 8. If an Olah became Pasul after Zerikas ha'Dam, according to Rebbi Elazar b'Rebbi Shimon, if it was slaughtered on the Mizbe'ach it is flayed on the Mizbe'ach. 9. If the Eimurim of Kodshim Kalim were placed on the Mizbe'ach prior to the Zerikas ha'Dam, one who benefits from them does not transgress Me'ilah. 10. According to Rebbi Akiva, a Korban with a Mum in its eye which was placed on the Mizbe'ach may not be removed if the Mum developed only after Shechitah. 11. Rebbi Akiva agrees that if a female animal is brought as an Olah, if it was placed on the Mizbe'ach it must be removed, even though a female is valid for an Olas ha'Of. 12. A bird which was Nirva is Pasul and may not be offered as a Korban. 13. Although many types of invalid Korbanos may not be removed if they were placed on the Mizbe'ach, if they were taken down they may not be returned to the Mizbe'ach. 14. The bones, tendons, horns, and hoofs of a Korban may be brought on the Mizbe'ach only while they are still attached to the Korban.

A BIT MORE
1. Only Melikah is valid for a Korban ha'Of, not Shechitah. If a Korban ha'Of was slaughtered with Shechitah in the Azarah, it may not be offered on the Mizbe'ach, and thus there is no Chiyuv Kares for one who offers it outside of the Azarah. 2. One is not Chayav Kares for offering the bird outside the Azarah when the Shechitah was done inside the Azarah, because inside the Azarah Shechitah disqualifies a Korban ha'Of. Nevertheless, one is Chayav Kares for offering the bird outside the Azarah when the Shechitah was done outside the Azarah. 3. Although the Eimurim become designated for the Mizbe'ach only when the Zerikas ha'Dam is performed, the Eimurim are not removed from the Mizbe'ach since the Eimurim themselves lack no Avodah. 4. Kodshei Kodashim are designated for the Mizbe'ach even before the Zerikas ha'Dam is performed , since a Chiyuv Me'ilah applies to Kodshei Kodashim even before the Zerikas ha'Dam. 5. If a Korban that has a Mum in the eye was placed on the Mizbe'ach after Shechitah, it is not removed, according to Rebbi Akiva. If it was placed on the Mizbe'ach before Shechitah, it is removed, because the Mizbe'ach is not Mekadesh live animals. 6. Since it is a valid Korban and may be offered on the Mizbe'ach even after it was removed, it may not be flayed on the Mizbe'ach. It is not Derech Eretz to flay the Korban on the Mizbe'ach. 7. Rebbi Elazar b'Rebbi Shimon maintains that if the Olah was valid for a period of time and it could have been flayed during that time, even though it became Pasul it is flayed and the hide is given to the Kohen. 8. Although it is not Derech Eretz to flay the Korban on the Mizbe'ach, nevertheless if it is Pasul and was taken down it may not be brought up, it may be flayed on the Mizbe'ach. 9. There is no Chiyuv Me'ilah for Kodshim Kalim except for the Eimurim after Zerikas ha'Dam. Even according to the opinion that the Eimurim are not removed from the Mizbe'ach, there is no Chiyuv Me'ilah. 10. Since a Mum in the eye does not disqualify a Korban ha'Of, an animal which has such a Mum may be left on the Mizbe'ach, according to Rebbi Akiva. 11. Bringing a female for an Olah is tantamount to bringing a Korban which developed a Mum prior to its sanctification. Rebbi Akiva agrees that such an animal must be removed from the Mizbe'ach even though it is not a Pesul which disqualifies a Korban ha'Of. 12. Although there is no such thing as a bird which is a Rove'a (since a bird cannot be Rove'a a woman), nevertheless a bird which is a Nirva is Pasul for a Korban. 13. However, if it was partially consumed by the fire before it was removed from the Mizbe'ach, it became the Lechem of the Mizbe'ach and it may be returned to the Mizbe'ach. 14. Rav Chanina mi'Sura says in the name of Ula that if the fire of the Mizbe'ach already partially consumed the bones, tendons, horns, or hoofs which had become detached from the Korban, they may be returned to the Mizbe'ach if they were removed.
