SUMMARY
It is permitted to cut down a fruit tree if the wood of the tree is more valuable than the fruit or if the tree is robbing neighboring grape vines of its nutrients. If a person injures his friend even if he pays for the injury he is not forgiven until he asks Mechilah from his friend. If the injured party does not accept the Mechilah of the perpetrator he is regarded as a cruel person. If someone instructs his friend to injure him even if he says it is on condition that you are Patur he is Chayav. If someone instructs his friend to rip his clothing or break his jug he is Chayav, however if he says on condition that you are Patur he is Patur. A Ben Noach is put to death even if he is a Shogeg because he should have learned Derech Eretz and he failed to do so. Rebbi Elazar says that when Avimelech took Sarah Hashem Yisbarach closed up one opening of the men and two openings of the women. (1) Rebbi Yanai says that even the hens in the house of Avimelech were closed up and could not lay eggs. Someone who prays for his friend and is in need of the same request he will be answered first. Sometimes when the Resha'im are punished the Tzadikim are punished along with them. The skeleton of Yehudah was not intact for all of the forty years that Klal Yisrael were in the Midbar until Moshe Rabeinu begged Hashem Yisbarach for mercy. (2) Yehudah's admission that Tamar was more righteous than him prompted Reuven to also admit his Aveirah. A BIT MORE
1. The Beraisa states that two openings of the men were closed up and three of the woman while Ravina holds three opening of the men were closed up and four of the women. 2. Yehudah promised Ya'akov that if I don't bring Binyamin back I will be a sinner for all my days including the next world and even though he fulfilled the condition the curse of a Talmid Chacham comes to fruition even though the curse was for naught. 3. Only the poor give the baskets to the Kohen and not the rich and from here we learn that the poor get poorer. 3. If you needed something at one time you should never treat it with disgrace.

BRIEF INSIGHT
PRAYING FOR A FRIEND Someone who prays for his friend and is in need of the same request he will be answered first. Avraham Avinu prayed for Avimelech and he was answered first and Hashem Yisbarach granted him a son. The Maharal ask that Hashem Yisbarach had previously already promised Avraham a son. The Maharal answers that Tzadikim are always concerned that maybe their merits have been diminished because of the great Chesed that Hashem constantly does for them. Consequently, after Avraham Avinu was victorious against the four kings he was concerned that he had already received all of his reward and therefore Hashem Yisbarach promised him that his reward is great. Consequently, if not for the fact that Avraham Avinu prayed for Avimelech although Avraham would have been granted a son in any case however the gift of a son would have diminished his merits to some extent. However, now that Avraham Avinu prayed for Avimelech he deserved to be answered with the same request for himself and consequently when he had a son it did not diminish his merits at all.
QUICK HALACHAH
TIMELY MECHILAH If a person injures his friend even if he pays the five payments he is not forgiven until he asks Mechilah from his friend. it is forbidden for the victim to be cruel and refuse to forgive him because that is not the way a Jewish person acts. As soon as the perpetrator begs forgiveness twice and the victim knows that he has done Teshuvah and regrets his sin he should forgive him. The quicker one is Mochel the more praiseworthy he is and the spirit of the Chachamim is pleased with him. It is forbidden to request from Heaven to judge his friend who wronged him if it is possible to take him to judgments on earth. Anyone who cries out on his friend will be punished first. According to someone opinions even if it is not possible to take him to judgment on earth it is forbidden to cry out on a friend unless he notifies him first. (Shulchan Aruch CM 422:1)
