SUMMARY
1. One may send to a Nochri an uncut thigh of an animal with the Gid ha'Nasheh inside it. 2. There is a disagreement about whether the uncut thigh of the Gid ha'Nasheh may be sold to a Nochri in a place where the discovery of a Tereifah is not announced. 3. It is forbidden to deceive anyone, even a Nochri. 4. A guest may not give some of his portion to a family member of the host without the host's permission. 5. One may send to a Yisrael an uncut thigh of an animal with the Gid ha'Nasheh inside of it. However, if he sends it uncut, he must remove the Gid ha'Nasheh. 6. One may not sell Neveilos and Tereifos to a Nochri because it constitutes deception, and because of the concern that it he might sell it to a Yisrael. 7. A Yisrael may not give a Dinar to a Nochri and instruct him to buy meat for him because of the concern that the Nochri is a thief, and also because of the concern that the Nochri will buy Neveilos and Tereifos.

A BIT MORE
1. We are not concerned that a Yisrael will buy it from the Nochri and eat the Gid ha'Nasheh, even in a place where all of the butchers are Jewish. When the Gid ha'Nasheh is uncut, it is readily apparent that it has not been removed. 2. According to the Tana of the Mishnah, the thigh with the Gid ha'Nasheh may not be sold even uncut, because of the concern that another Yisrael who saw him sell it to the Nochri will buy it from him. The Tana of the Beraisa disagrees. 3. One may not invite someone whom he knows will not accept his invitation, because this constitutes Geneivas Da'as (deception). 4. An incident occurred in which a host had only one egg for each of his three guests. Each guest gave his portion to the host's son. When the host saw that his son had three eggs, he hit him and killed him. 5. If it is uncut, it is apparent that the Gid ha'Nasheh is inside, but if it is cut the purchaser may not realize that the Gid ha'Nasheh is still inside. 6. However, according to Abaye and Rava, the concern that he will sell it to a Yisrael exists only in a place where all the butchers are Jewish, and it is a place where the finding of a Tereifah is announced. Rav Ashi maintains that even in a place where it is not announced, it is forbidden to sell a Neveilah or Tereifah to a Nochri because of the concern that one will sell it to the Nochri in front of a Yisrael and the Yisrael will buy it from the Nochri. 7. The concern that the Nochri will buy Neveilos and Tereifos with the money exists only in a place where the finding of a Tereifah is not announced, or in a place where it is announced and they in fact announced that day that a Tereifah was found.
