SUMMARY
If someone says that this cow says that he is a Nazir if it stands, or the door says that he is a Nazir if it opens, according to Beis Shamai he is a Nazir, but not according to Beis Hillel. Rebbi Yehudah says that according to Beis Shamai he is not a Nazir, but he is prohibited from eating the meat like a Korban. (1) Rami Bar Chama says that the cow was crouching and he said that he is Nazir from its meat if it stands on its own. (2) Rava says that the cow was crouching and he said that he is Nazir from its meat if it does not stand up and it got up on its own. Beis Shamai holds that he intended to be a Nazir if the cow cannot be lifted up. (3) Beis Hillel holds that he only intended to be a Nazir if it stayed on the ground and did not get up at all. (4)
A BIT MORE
1. It is as if he said the meat shall be forbidden to him like a Korban if the cow stands. 2. Beis Shamai and Beis Hillel use the same reasoning as the previous Mishnah that even though he said he is Nazir from its meat according to Beis Shamai he is a Nazir, but not according to Beis Hillel. 3. Therefore even though the cow got up since it got up on its own without being lifted up he is a Nazir. 4. According to Beis Hillel he would not have been a Nazir even if it stayed on the ground because Beis Hillel holds that since he said he is a Nazir from its meat he is not a Nazir. However Beis Hillel is saying that even according to Beis Shamai he should not be a Nazir since it did get up even though it got up on its own.

BRIEF INSIGHT
NEZIRUS ON CONDITION Rava says that the cow was crouching and he said that he is a Nazir from its meat if it does not stand up and it got up on its own. Beis Shamai holds that he intended to be a Nazir if the cow could not be lifted up. The implication is that if he manages to pick up the cow he is not a Nazir. The Keren Orah asks that Beis Shamai holds (Perek Beis Shamai 32b) that someone who says that he is a Nazir if a certain person is Ploni, even if it turns out not to be Ploni he is a Nazir. The Keren Orah answers that Beis Shamai holds that if he makes a complete condition he is not a Nazir if the condition is not fulfilled and that which he says that he is a Nazir if it is Ploni is not regarded as a complete condition.
