SUMMARY
1. The prohibition of Ever Min ha'Chai applies to both Kosher and non-Kosher Behemos, Chayos, and birds, according to Rebbi Yehudah and Rebbi Eliezer. The Chachamim disagree. 2. According to Rebbi Meir, the prohibition of Ever Min ha'Chai applies only to Kosher Behemos. 3. Everyone agrees that Bnei Noach's prohibition of Ever Min ha'Chai applies even to non-Kosher animals. 4. Rebbi maintains that one is not Chayav Malkus for eating an Ever Min ha'Chai less than the size of an olive. 5. If one eats a live, Kosher bird, he is Chayav even for eating less than the size of an olive. If he eats it when it is dead, he is Chayav if he eats the size of an olive. 6. If one eats a non-Kosher bird, he is Chayav even for less than the size of an olive, whether it is alive or dead. 7. If one eats a whole Kosher bird while it is alive, if it is less than the size of an olive he is exempt, according to Rebbi. Rebbi Elazar bar Shimon disagrees. 8. Rava maintains that if Rebbi rules that Machshavas Ochlin is considered a Machshavah, if one intends to eat a bird limb by limb and he ultimately eats it whole, he is Chayav for Ever Min ha'Chai. 9. If one eats Ever Min ha'Chai and flesh Min Ha'Chai at the same time with only one Hasra'ah, he is Chayav twice according to Rebbi Yochanan, and once according to Reish Lakish. 10. If one eats flesh Min Ha'Chai and flesh from a Tereifah at the same time with only one Hasra'ah, he is Chayav once according to Rebbi Yochanan, and twice according to Reish Lakish.

A BIT MORE
1. According to Rebbi Yehudah, the prohibition of Ever Min ha'Chai -- which applies also to Bnei Noach -- takes effect on top of the prohibition of non-Kosher animals. According to Rebbi Eliezer, a Gezeiras ha'Kasuv states that the prohibition of Ever Min ha'Chai applies to any animal whose blood is forbidden to be eaten, which includes even non-Kosher animals. 2. According to Rebbi Meir, the prohibition of Ever Min ha'Chai does not apply to Chayos and birds, even if they are Kosher. 3. An animal was slaughtered but is still convulsing. If it is a Kosher animal, since it is permitted to a Yisrael with Shechitah, it is permitted to Bnei Noach as well. If it is a non-Kosher animal, which is not permitted to a Yisrael, it is considered Ever Min ha'Chai to Bnei Noach until it stops convulsing. 4. However, if there is less than the size of an olive of flesh but the tendons and bones complete the Shi'ur of an olive, one is Chayav Malkus for eating it. 5. If he its it while it is alive, he is Chayav for Ever Min ha'Chai for less than the size of an olive if the bones and tendons complete the Shi'ur of an olive. If he eats after it dies, he is Chayav for eating Neveilah only if he eats an olive's size of flesh. 6. A non-Kosher bird is considered a Biryah (a complete entity). One is Chayav for eating a Biryah even if it is less than the size of an olive. 7. According to Rebbi, although one is Chayav for eating a limb of a Kosher bird while it is alive even if the flesh is less than the size of an olive -- provided that the bones and tendons complete the Shi'ur, one is not Chayav for eating the whole bird if the flesh is less than the size of an olive because it is not called a limb unless it separated from the rest of the body. 8. Even if the flesh of the whole bird is less than the size of an olive, he is Chayav, since he planned to eat it limb by limb. One is Chayav for eating a limb even if the flesh is less than the size of olive, provided that the bones and tendons complete the Shi'ur. 9. According to Rebbi Yochanan, the two prohibitions are derived from two separate verses in the Torah. Therefore, there is a separate Chiyuv for each. According to Reish Lakish, they are derived from the same verse, and therefore there is only one Chiyuv. 10. According to Rebbi Yochanan, the two prohibitions are derived from one verse, while according to Reish Lakish they are derived from two verses. However, if one eats Ever Min ha'Chai and flesh from a Tereifah, everyone agrees that he is Chayav twice.
