SUMMARY
1. Rebbi says that if the flesh of a Korban becomes Pasul after the hide is flayed, the placement of the blood on the Mizbe'ach permits the hide to the Kohanim. 2. Rebbi Elazar b'Rebbi Shimon says that if the flesh of a Korban becomes Pasul, the placement of the blood on the Mizbe'ach does not permit the flayed hide. 3. If the flesh of a Korban became lost or burned, according to Rebbi Yehoshua the blood may not be placed on the Mizbe'ach. Rebbi Eliezer disagrees. 4. If the flesh of a Korban became Tamei or was taken out of the Azarah, according to Rebbi Eliezer the blood must be placed on the Mizbe'ach. According to Rebbi Yehoshua, the blood may not be placed on the Mizbe'ach. 5. Rebbi Chanina Segan ha'Kohanim said that he never saw a hide of a Korban being taken out to be burned. Rebbi Akiva infers from his words that if a Bechor is found to be a Tereifah after it is flayed, the hide is permitted to the Kohanim. 6. According to Rebbi Akiva, even if a Bechor Ba'al Mum was slaughtered outside of Eretz Yisrael and was found to be a Tereifah, the hide is permitted to the Kohanim. 7. Parim and Se'irim ha'Nisrafim which are offered in accordance with the Halachah are burned in the Beis ha'Deshen outside of the three Machanos. The clothing of everyone involved in the burning becomes Tamei. 8. Rabah bar Avuha says that there was a Beis ha'Deshen on the Har ha'Bayis where they burned the Parim and Se'irim ha'Nisrafim which became Pasul after the Zerikas ha'Dam. 10. A BIT MORE
1. Rebbi maintains that the hide is Pasul if it is still attached to the animal, whether the Korban became Pasul before or after the Zerikas ha'Dam. 2. Rebbi Elazar b'Rebbi Shimon says that the hide is not permitted to the Kohanim if it is still attached to the animal, when the flesh became Pasul before the Zerikas ha'Dam. When the flesh became Pasul after the Zerikas ha'Dam, the hide is permitted to the Kohanim. 3. According to Rebbi Eliezer, the blood may be placed on the Mizbe'ach even though the flesh is no longer in existence, and the owner fulfills his obligation with the Korban. According to Rebbi Yehoshua, even if the blood was placed on the Mizbe'ach, b'Di'eved the owner does not fulfill his obligation with the Korban. 4. L'Chatchilah, the blood must not be placed on the Mizbe'ach, according to Rebbi Yehoshua. However, if the blood was placed on the Mizbe'ach, b'Di'eved the owner fulfills his obligation with the Korban. 5. Although the Tereifah existed previously, since it was discovered only after the flaying, the animal is permitted to the Kohanim. 6. Although it is not brought as a Korban, the hide is permitted as if the blood was placed on the Mizbe'ach. However, the hide is permitted only if an expert was Matir the Mum. 7. The Parim and Se'irim ha'Nisrafim are carried out of the Azarah on poles. When the people who carry the poles in the front exit the Azarah, their clothing becomes Tamei. The clothing of those who carry the back of the poles remains Tahor until they exit the Azarah. 8. Levi says that even Parim and Se'irim ha'Nisrafim which became Pasul after Zerikah are burned in the Beis ha'Deshen in the Azarah. 9. Levi says that only Parim and Se'irim ha'Nisrafim which became Pasul after they were taken out of the Azarah are burned in the Beis ha'Deshen on Har ha'Bayis. 10. Even the Rabanan, who maintain that the concept of Pigul applies to Parim and Se'irim ha'Nisrafim, agree that a Machshavah to eat the Korban after the allotted time does not render it Pigul, because it is a Machshavah regarding something which is not normally eaten. Similarly, a Machshavah to burn the Korban after the allotted time does not render it Pigul, because only a Machshavah regarding the Achilah of a person or of the Mizbe'ach is Pigul. However, according to the Chachamim, if the Kohen has a Machshavah to burn the Eimurim after the allotted time, the Korban becomes Pigul. 11. The law of Me'ilah apply until the flesh is completely burned. Once it is burned, the Mitzvah has been completed and the law of Me'ilah no longer applies.
