BRIEF INSIGHT
YONAH AND THE FISH
The Gemara says that maybe the big fish spit Yonah out and he was swallowed by a smaller fish. Rashi says in Yonah that the big fish was male and Yonah had space in the big fish and did not Daven to Hashem, therefore he was transferred to a smaller female fish that was pregnant giving Yonah precious little space and he was moved to Daven to Hashem.

SALTED FOODS
If someone makes a Neder or Shevu'ah prohibiting foods that are Mali'ach , if it is the Derech in that place to call all salted foods Mali'ach, all salted foods are forbidden even foods that are salted as a preservative. (Shulchan Aruch YD 217:3)
