Explanation: [He brings birds] due to Safek Metzora Muchlat, and Chatas ha'Of for Safek Nazir Tamei, and Olas ha'Of for Safek Nazir Tahor.
åòåìú äòåó ãìà àééúé ëãéï ðæéø èîà ÷"ì
Question: Why doesn't he bring Olas ha'Of, like the law of Nazir Tamei?
åùîà îñô÷ ìà äöøéëåäå
Answer: Perhaps [Chachamim] did not obligate him to bring it amidst Safek.
åëï öøéê ìåîø ãùìîéí ãðæéø èäåø ìà äöøéëåäå ùìà äöøéëå ìñô÷ ðæéø èäåø ø÷ ÷øáï ìäúéøå áúâìçú åëãàîøé' âéìç òì à' îùìùúï éöà,
Support: We must say so regarding Shelamim of Nazir Tahor. They did not obligate him, for they obligated for Safek Nazir Tahor only a Korban to permit shaving, like we say that if he shaved on one of the three, he was Yotzei. (Birkas Rosh - this is like we conclude, that our Mishnah is like R. Shimon, who allows stipulating about Asham. Rabanan forbid bringing Shelamim on Tenai, lest the stringencies of Shalmei Nazir cause it to become Nosar.)

Explanation: This is not due to [Safek] Nazir Tamei, for there is no Safek that the second shaving is for Nazir Tamei. Rather, it is due to Safek Muchlat.

Explanation (cont.): At the third [shaving], he brings Chatas ha'Of, for perhaps he was Tamei, and the shaving[s] of Muchlat do not count for a Nazir Tahor, and not for a Nazir Tamei, like it explains below (60b);

He brings Olas Behemah, for perhaps he was Muchlat, but he was not Tamei [Mes].

Explanation: [He may eat Kodshim] on day eight. "After" is not precise, for the first day of his Nezirus he shaves due to Muchlat, "va'Yashav mi'Chutz l'Ahalo Shivas Yamim", and "va'Yom ha'Shevi'i Yegalach";
åáéåí äùîéðé éáéà ÷øáðåú îöåøò åáå áéåí îåúø ìàëåì á÷ãùéí
On the eighth day he brings Korbanos Metzora, and that day he may eat Kodshim.
åòúä àí äéä èîà åãàé éñôåø æ' åéæä ùìéùé åæ' åéâìç áæ'
Explanation (cont.): Now, if he was Vadai Tamei, he would count seven days, receive Haza'ah on days three and seven, and shave on day seven;
Note: Why did Tosfos mention Haza'ah? In any case he must wait seven days, for less than this amount of growth is not called Gilu'ach! Perhaps Tosfos teaches that he cannot receive Haza'ah until after Yemei Sifro. This is like Tosfos ha'Rosh Yevamos 71b DH Arel (for also in Yemei Sifro he has Tum'as Ohel, like a Mes - Bava Basra 9b), and unlike the Rambam (Hilchos Nezirus 10:12). However, if so, "he may eat Kodshim after (or on) day eight" is misleading. He must wait at least four more days to receive Haza'ah twice! With difficulty, Tosfos ha'Rosh can say that "Kodshim" refers to Pesach ha'Ba b'Tum'ah, which a Tamei Mes may eat. However, Tosfos explained that he may eat Kodshim on day eight, after bringing Korbanos. Pesach is eaten only at night! Perhaps he means that he is proper to eat Kodshim, i.e. Pesach ha'Ba b'Tum'ah, and therefore he may enter the Azarah on that day to offer it. This requires investigation.
àáì òúä ùäåà ñô÷ ãéìîà ìàå èîà äåà àìà èäåø îåçìè åìëê ìâìçå áúåê ùìùéí àé àôùø ãéìîà ìàå èîà äåà åøçîðà àîø úòø ìà éòáåø òì øàùå òã îìàú
However, since now he has a Safek, that perhaps he was not Tamei [Mes], rather, Tahor [and] Muchlat, therefore he cannot shave within 30 days. Perhaps he was not Tamei, and the Torah said "Ta'ar Lo Ya'avor Al Rosho Ad Melos"!
åìëê éîðä ùìùéí åéåí ùîéðé òåìä ìå åáéåí ùìùéí åàçã éâìç ëãéï ëì ðæéø ùîâìç éåí ùìùéí åàçã ëãàîø áô' ÷îà (ìòéì ãó ä:)
Therefore, he counts 30 days, and day eight counts for him. On day 31 [of his count] he shaves, like any Nazir, who shaves on day 31, like it says above (5b).
äøé áéåí ùìùéí åùîåðä éâìç úâìçú ùìéùéú åùîà (äâäú áøëú øàù åøù"ù) ðæéø èîà äåà åäéîéí äøàùåðéí éôìå åöøéê ìîðåú ùìùéí éåí òåã åáéåí ùìùéí åàçã éâìç úâìçú ðæéø èäåø
On day 38 he shaves the third time. And, perhaps he was a Nazir Tamei and the first days were cancelled, so he must count another 30 days. On day 31 [of this count, which is day 68 from the beginning] he shaves Tiglachas Nazir Tahor;
åäééðå ã÷àîø åùåúä ééï åîéèîà ìîúéí ìàçø ùùéí åùáòä éîéí ãäééðå [éåí] ñ"ç
This is why it says that he drinks wine and may become Tamei Mes after 67 days, i.e. day 68.

He is not called Mechusar Kipurim to be forbidden Kodshim [for being a Nazir Tamei], only for being a Muchlat, whose Tum'ah is from his body.

Explanation: Since he is not a Vadai Muchlat, he cannot shave at all until after seven days, after Haza'ah on days three and seven. He shaves on day seven, and on the eighth day brings Korban Chatas ha'Of, like a Nazir Tamei;

He cannot shave again until 30 days, for perhaps he was not Muchlat. The eighth day counts towards his count of 30, and on day 30 (day 37 from the beginning) he shaves. Perhaps he was Muchlat, and these two shavings were for Muchlat;

Explanation (cont.): At the end of seven days he shaves the third time, like the law of Nazir Tamei. Day 38 counts towards the count of seven days. On day eight (45 from the beginning) he begins to count Nezirus Taharah 30 days. On day 31, he shaves Tiglachas Nazir Tahor;

Explanation: Since he is Muchlat Vadai, he shaves the first day of his Nezirus, and [also] on day seven he shaves. On day eight he brings Korbanos Metzora. That same day he may eat Kodshim;

"After eight days" is not precise, rather, on day eight itself [he may eat Kodshim]. Because he is Tamei, he counts seven days including day eight of Chaluto;

Explanation: All of them are for a Mitzvah, and they require a razor, even for the third, and even if he was Tamei [Mes] Vadai and Muchlat Vadai, that he needs four shavings, and the third is only for Nazir Tamei.

It seems to me that this does not refer to the four shavings of our Mishnah, which discusses a Safek Muchlat and Safek Tamei [Mes], for in our Mishnah, there is no shaving in which we have no Safek that he is a Muchlat or a Nazir Tahor;
