Mesoras Hashas lists eight places where Abayee reminds Rebbe Yosef of his Torah. In six of the eight places Rashi comments that Rebbe Yosef was ill and forgot his Torah. In five of those six places Rashi states that Abayee was "Mezchari". In Eruvin at 66B Rashi states that Abayee was "Medacar". Can you please advise why Rashi changes his terminology in this one spot?

I believe you meant to say that in the other places Rashi says "Mazkiro" -- he reminded him."
I don't think there is any significance to this change, as the phrase that Rashi employs using the word "Mazkiro" in other places (i.e. Eiruvin 41a, 73a) has the same meaning as the phrase used here, with the only difference being that the phrase using the word "Midkar" is in Aramaic, not Hebrew.
