I was just wondering In the Insights for Daf 33 its written

QUESTION: Abaye teaches the Seder ha'Ma'arachah, the order of the daily Avodah, according to Aba Shaul. He lists fourteen steps of the Avodah, starting with the Ma'arachah Gedolah and concluding with the afternoon Tamid. The Gemara goes on to justify each step in his order. The Gemara concludes that the actual order is not the order that Abaye teaches.<<

Where does the Gemara conclude that the halacha is not like Abaye? I coundnt find it (I think im missing something?)
