3)[line 21]למשאות ולמתנותL'MASA'OS U'MATANOS- for transactions (purchases and sales) and gifts
4)[line 23]בעדות אשהEDUS ISHAH (testimony to permit a widow to remarry)
Although the Torah normally requires two male witnesses in order to confirm a fact through testimony, the Rabanan allowed a woman to remarry based on the testimony of even a single witness who testifies that her husband has died, even if the witness is a woman or a slave. Here, the Gemara tells us that the Rabanan also permit testifying in writing in such a case.
5)[line 25]ירושת בנו הבכורYERUSHAS BENO HA'BECHOR- the inheritance of his firstborn son (the first male born to a father inherits a double portion of his father's estate)

The marriage of a Cheresh (a deaf-mute) is not a valid marriage mid'Oraisa, but only mid'Rabanan. Since the Rabanan allowed him to become married through gestures, they allowed him to annul it the same way.

10)[line 26]מילי מימסרן לשליחMILEI MIMSERAN L'SHALI'ACH
(a)It is possible to make a Shali'ach (an agent) to establish all Kinyanim (acquisitions; the word "Kinyan" connotes a change of ownership or status, such as sales, gifts, Gitin, and Kidushin). The Gemara states, "Shelucho Shel Adam Kemoso," i.e. [the act performed by] the Shali'ach of a person is like [an act performed by the person] himself (Kidushin 41b).
(b)A Shali'ach can appoint another Shali'ach in his place, as long as the person who sent him has no objections. The Gemara explains that this only applies if the Shali'ach was given an object with which he was expected to effect a Kinyan (e.g., if the Shali'ach was given a Get to deliver to the person's wife). If the Shali'ach only received verbal instructions ("Milei") to execute, however, his appointment is not considered authoritative enough for the Shali'ach to appoint another Shali'ach.
11)[line 34]לבי תלתאL'BEI TELASA- for three people
12)[line 36]דלא אמר אמרוD'LO AMAR IMRU- he (the husband) did not tell [the Sheluchim], "Tell [others to write the Get]!"
