(Mishnah): A widow collects her Kesuvah from orphans' property only by swearing (that she did not already receive her Kesuvah).

Judges refrained from administering the oath. R. Gamliel enacted that she should vow like the orphans desire (something very hard to fulfill, e.g. to forbid to herself all solid food if she already received her Kesuvah) and then collect.

Witnesses sign a Get due to Tikun ha'Olam.

Hillel enacted Pruzbul for Tikun ha'Olam.

(Gemara): Initially, [widows] would swear falsely and bury their children - "la'Shav Hikeisei Es Beneichem" (due to Shevu'as Shav. Therefore, they refrained from administering the oath);

Also, [widows] fear Nedarim more than Shevu'os. (Presumably, this is because Shevu'as Sheker is a one-time Aveirah, but through a Neder, she transgresses every time she benefits.)

Question: If she transgressed and swore [does she collect her Kesuvah]?

Answer (Rav Huna): If she swore, she swore (she collects).

Rav (to his daughter-in-law): If not that I pardon (my rights), even the kerchief on your head is mine! (He holds that her clothing counts towards payment of the Kesuvah. She collected her full Kesuvah, so according to letter of the law Rav let her collect

(Shmuel): She merited the clothes on her [they are not deducted from her Kesuvah].

Support (for Shmuel - Mishnah): [If a man was Makdish his property, the Gizbar] has no [collection rights] in the clothes of his wife and children.
