(c)If there is no other dough with which to compare it - then one reckons from the time that the dough was kneaded, if Shi'ur Mil has elapsed, one assumes that it has become Chametz, otherwise not.

(d)'Shi'ur Mil' is - two fifth of an hour (i.e. twenty-four minutes [See also Tiferes Yisrael]).
