(d)

Implied Question #2: And when we say in Perek Bamah Ishah (Shabbos, Daf 67.) that 'For a nigh fever, one should pick up a knife and say "Vayomer Mosh Asurah Na ve'Er'eh ... "?

(e)

Answer: It is permitted where life-danger is involved.

(f)

Explanation #2: Rabeinu Chananel however, explains - 'One begins with 'Keil' - and says 'Keil Elokim Hash-m, Save us from all evil and from all damage, since you have the ability and the power' (which is not a Pasuk).

1.

TOSFOS DH TALYA B'VEISA KASHI LA'ANIYUSA

(SUMMARY: Tosfos queries Rashi in Chagigah from here.)

(a)

Explanation #1: From here there is a Kashya on Rashi, who in connection with the Gemara in the first Perek of Chagigah (Daf 5.) 'Hence the folk-saying "A Zuz is available for what one hangs (li'Selisa), but not to purchase produce" '.

1.

Explanation #1 (cont.): He explains there - to purchase bread for the day, which one hangs in a basket.

(b)

Question: But it is not the way to hang up bread in a basket - .as the Gemara says here, since it is conducive to poverty.

(c)

Explanation #2: Rabeinu Tam therefore explains there 'li'Selisa' means that when one pushes him (hangs him up) to pay his debt, he finds borrowers (to bail him out) but not when it comes to purchasing food to eat.
