(Mishnah): A Kohen Gadol may not marry a widow, whether from Eirusin or Nisu'in;

He may not marry a Bogeres;

R. Elazar and R. Shimon permit a Bogeres.

He may not marry a Mukas Etz (one who lost her Besulim (tokens of virginity) through an accident, and not through Bi'ah).

If [a Kohen] was Mekadesh a widow and then was appointed to be Kohen Gadol, he may enter her (make Nisu'in).

A case occurred in which Yehoshua ben Gamla was Mekadesh Marsa Bas Baisus. The king appointed him to be Kohen Gadol, and he entered her.

If a Yevamah fell to a Kohen, and he was appointed to be Kohen Gadol, even if he had given her a Ma'amar, he may not do Yibum.

If the Kohen Gadol's brother died, he does Chalitzah, but not Yibum.

(Gemara): "Almanah... Lo Yikach" - whether from Eirusin or from Nisu'in. "Gerushah... Lo Yikach" - whether from Eirusin or from Nisu'in.

He may not marry a Bogeres; R. Elazar and R. Shimon permit a Bogeres. They agree that he may not marry a Mukas Etz.

Answer: A Bogeres, her Besulim were finished off in her womb. A Mukas Etz, her Besulim went outside.

Question: What is the difference between a Bogeres and a Mukas Etz?

Answer: A Bogeres, her days of Na'arus finished (we learn Besulah from elsewhere, where the Torah discusses a Na'arah Besulah). A Mukas Etz, her days of Na'arus did not pass.
