(1) This question applies only if a Kohen Petzu'a Daka is considered to retain his Kedushah. If he no longer retains his Kedushah, then it is obvious that he may marry a Bas Gerim, or any other woman prohibited to other Kohanim. (However, even if he no longer retains his Kedushah with regard to matters of marriage he may still eat Terumah).
(2) This question applies regardless of whether the Kohen Petzu'a Daka retains his Kedushah. If a Ger is considered "Kahal," then even a Yisrael Petzu'a Daka (and not just a Kohen) is prohibited to marry her.
(3) That is, since her mother is Jewish, the Kohen Petzu'a Daka may marry the Bas Gerim.
(4) This version maintains that a Kohen Petzu'a Daka no longer retains his Kedushah, and therefore he is permitted to marry a Bas Gerim whose mother is not Jewish. (If we would rule that a Kohen Petzu'a Daka retains his Kedushah, he certainly would be prohibited to marry her.)
(5) The Gemara concludes that Rebbi Yochanan's question applies only according to Rebbi Eliezer ben Yakov, and his question was whether the Bas Gerim whose mother is a born Jew has "increased Kashrus" (relative to the Kashrus of her father, the convert), or whether she has "increased Kedushah" (relative to the Kedushah of her father). The difference between the two possibilities is whether she is considered to be part of "Kehal Hash-m" or not. If she is considered to be part of the "Kahal" it is prohibited for a Petzu'a Daka to marry her; if she is not considered to be part of the "Kahal" then a Petzu'a Daka may marry her.
