(Mishnah): He tied a strip of red wool on the head of the Se'ir ha'Mishtale'ach. He stood it up opposite [the gate] from which it will be sent, and tied a strip on the goat that will be slaughtered by the place of its Shechitah (its neck).

He came to his bull a second time, pressed his two hands on it and confessed. He said as follows - Ana Hash-m - Avisi Pashati Chatasi in front of You, I and my household and Bnei Aharon, your Kodesh nation. Ana Hash-m, please atone for the sins...

(Gemara - R. Shmuel bar Nachman citing R. Yonason): There are three strips - of the goat (this strip is later divided into two) weighs a Sela (four Zuz), of a Metzora (it is dipped into the blood of the slaughtered bird, together with cedar and hyssop) weighs a Shekel, and of Parah (it is burned with the Parah Adumah, cedar and hyssop) weighs two Sela'im.

(R. Ba bar Zavda citing R. Shimon ben Chalifta): That of Parah weighs two and a half Sela'im. Some say "it is 10 Zuz.'' (This is the same amount, just a different expression was used.)
