What is the significance of "Bas Divlayim"?

Rashi citing Pesachim 87a #1: Everyone threshed (an allusion to Bi'ah) with her, like Develah (a fig cake). Malbim ? Bnei Yisrael were compared to figs ? "Hir'ani Hashem v'Hine Shnei Duda'ei Te'enim" (Yirmeyah 24:1). A fig spoils immediately after it is fully ripe unless they dry it and make Develah; then, it lasts. Their fathers were like Develah that dried in the sun ? it will not spoil. She was like Gomer ? a finished fig that did not dry; it spoils.

Pesachim 87a #2: "Divlayim" (plural) teaches that both she and her mother were evil.

Pesachim 87b: She was sweet in everyone's mouth like a Develah.

Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: If Yisrael will repent, they will be like Novelos (figs that dried up due to the sun, or the wind detached them).
