Which questions did "Ivri Anochi" answer?

1.

Radak: It taught his land and nation.

2.

Malbim: It answered everything. Ivrim are "Yoredei ha'Yam ba'Aniyos" (Tehilim 107:13) ? the sea does not oppose them, not their land, nor places in their land ? "l'Chof Yamim Yishkon 1 " (Bereishis 49:13).

If there is a Havah Amina that the sea opposes places in their land, what is the proof from the verse? It discusses only Zevulun! (PF)

2)

Why does it say "Elokei ha'Shamayim"?

1.

Radak: He conducts [Shamayim] and judges it.

3)

What does "Hashem Elokei ha'Shamayim Ani Yarei" teach?

1.

Radak: His trade is not of deceit. He does not swindle at all.

2.

Malbim: He is a Navi who clings to Hashem. The sea does not oppose his trade and fearing his G-d ? Hashem made the sea and land, and rules over them! Surely he answered also the primary question, about this affliction, and he told them that he flees from Hashem, like the coming verse says.

3.

Malbim citing Mahari: I fear His punishment, for I fled from Him.

4)

Why did he add "Asher Asah Es ha'Yam v'Es ha'Yabashah"?

1.

Radak: They had a storm at sea. He said, Hashem made the sea, and put a storm on it; He will quiet it when He wants and take it out to the dry land. It says "Asah" regarding the land, for it was not created in its fixed form needed for the creations until He gathered the water.
