What do we learn from "Mi Gam Bachem"?
Radak: You are evil - if only there would be one man among you who would put to his heart the disgraceful Korbanos!
Malbim: One who thinks that I will show favoritism to him, for he is important to Me - close the doors, and he will not come to My house, for I do not desire him.
Why does He ask who will close doors?
Rashi: If only a good person would arise among you and close the doors of My Mikdash, so this repulsive Korban would not be brought! Radak - it is better that they not bring Korbanos, than to bring a disgraceful Korban.
Rashi citing Sifra (Tzav 16:10): One tells his friend 'close this door for me', or 'light this lamp for me', and he does not demand a wage for this. Who among you closed My door for free, or burned on My Mizbe'ach for free - all the more so you did not do for free matters that are normally done for wages! Therefore, I do not desire you.
Malbim: Aside from [blocking offering] the [abominable] Korban, it is proper to close doors so you will not enter My house.
What is the meaning of "Lo Sa'iru Mizbechi Chinam"?
Rashi: Do not burn on My Mizbe'ach with Korbanos that I do not accept, for I do not desire you. Radak - Sa'iru is burning, like "Nashim Ba'os Me'iros Osah" (Yeshayah 27:11). You burn on My Mizbe'ach needlessly. It is not accepted for you, nor for those who bring it
Refer to 1:10:1:2.
Malbim: If you entered My house, do not burn on My Mizbe'ach for naught. I will not accept it from you.
Why does it add "Ein Li Chefetz Bachem"?
Radak citing Targum Yonasan: I do not desire you, due to your evil deeds. Your Korban would not be accepted even if it were proper, and all the more so that it is bad! I do not desire it, and not you.
