Rashi: They are buckets (Ibn Ezra - to collect blood of Korbanos). This is an expression of cleaning, like 'Kapar Yadei bi'Glima d'Chavrei'. One who received blood in the bucket, he cleaned drops of blood that spilled on his hand on the brim of the bucket.

In our texts, Ibn Ezra explains "va'Asarah Kelim Acherim." However, the note (Asnachta) under "va'Asarah" shows that it is read with "Keforei Chesef Arba Me'os", and Ibn Ezra counts them as 410. (PF)
