Rashi: The total number was 5,400. Only the numbers of the important Kelim were written above.

Ibn Ezra: There were 2,499 big Kelim; 5,400 includes small Kelim. Divrei ha'Yamim II, 36:18 says that the big and small Klei Beis Hashem were taken to Bavel.

Malbim: In addition to the Kelim that Nebuchadnetzar took, Koresh added Kelim. In all, they are 5,400.
