Radak: Why does the Rasha revile You? (It is because he says in his heart that You will not investigate or supervise what he says and does!)

Malbim: Why does he say that You do not have ability, or why does he say in his heart that You will not investigate? He denies that You know and supervise. Really, You do supervise, and You have the ability!
