Rashi: Until we will dispel Hashem's anger from us.
Why does it say "Ad l'Davar ha'Zeh"?
Ibn Ezra: Until now, [Ezra] spoke. Also the Sarim spoke about this (like it says after this).
Malbim: To fix all breaches of the generation, until this breach. Nothing should remain for Hashem to be angry about it.
