Radak: It is like "Sibah" in Melachim I, 12:15, just there it is a noun, and here it is a Nif'al verb, which is like an adjective. I.e. there was a decree of Nesibah (turn of events) from Hashem, that he will heed the youths' counsel.

What was the Nevu'ah about Yaravam?

Rashi: Ten Shevatim will be [taken from Shlomo, and] given to Yaravam (Melachim I, 11:30).

Why does it mention his Nevu'ah about Yaravam? Is it not more appropriate to mention his Nevu'ah that kingship will be taken from Shlomo's son (11:35)?
