Why does it say "Zachreni Hashem bi'Rtzon Amecha"?

1.

Rashi: [Remember me] when You are pleased with Your nation.

2.

Radak #1: Refer to 106:5:1:1.

3.

Radak (3-4) #2: This refers to people in Galus. Each requests 'when You are pleased with Your nation to take them out of Galus, may I merit to live to see the Ge'ulah.' The author saw with Ru'ach ha'Kodesh that they will be exiled from their land due to their sins.

4.

Malbim: Because he begins to say how Yisrael sinned, and afterwards they were given into the hand of their afflicters, he requests that Hashem not mention him among the sinners or those who are punished. Do not remember me when You are angry, only when You are pleased, because their deeds are good.

What is the difference between Zechirah and Pekidah?

1.

Malbim: Zechirah is merely remembering. Pekidah is when one is aroused to bestow good or bad (due to remembrance of what was done). Do not be Poked me to punish me with Resha'im, only when You save, and do good and Chesed.
