How will he be clothed with a curse?

1.

Rashi: [Esav] entered himself into a curse. He is pleased with casting off the yoke of Korban and Birkas Kohanim 1 , and the curse of the nations. Radak - it will be k'Mido (like his measure); he will be wrapped in it.

2.

Malbim: The curse that he measured (made appropriate) for David, it should be fit to his measure.

1

He despised the Bechorah, i.e. selection to serve in the Mikdash. (PF)

2)

What do we learn from "va'Tavo cha'Mayim b'Kirbo vecha'Shemen b'Atzmosav"?

1.

Shabbos 86a: This hints that anointing is [forbidden] like drinking on Yom Kipur 1 .

2.

Radak: The curse should enter him like water that a person drinks, and like oil that one anoints for aching bones; it is absorbed into the bones. Malbim - he will be cursed externally and internally.

1

Tosfos (Nidah 32a): This is an Asmachta; the Isur is mid'Rabanan. They decreed only about oil, but not about pig's lard or Chelev. Beis Yosef (YD 81:2) - this is because oil is absorbed more in the body.
