Sanhedrin 93b: Bo'az gave to Rus six barley seeds. He hinted that six sons will come from her, and each will receive six blessings. Our verse discusses Mashi'ach's blessings.

Malbim: Perfection is in three matters. (a) Perfection of the intellectual Nefesh, i.e. the power of Chachmah and Binah (refer to 11:2:3:2). (b) Perfection that depends on being human, i.e. Etzah and Gevurah (refer to 11:2:4:2). (c) Perfection that depends on having a Kadosh Nefesh 'copied' from a place higher than the intellectual Nefesh, i.e. Da'as v'Yir'as Hashem(refer to 11:2:5:2).

Radak: All of this is from Hashem. Afterwards, it explains the Ruchos.

Malbim: He will have the three perfections (refer to 11:2:1:2) to an unnatural extent; it is attributed to Ru'ach Hashem, above nature.

Radak: Chachmah is what a person learns, and he knows it, and it is prepared [to use it] at all times. Binah is contemplation about what a person did not learn, from what he learned.

Malbim: Chachmah is what one received from his Rebbeyim; Binah is deriving a matter from another via comparisons.

Radak: Etzah is knowledge and habituation to Musarim and ways of interaction of people.

Malbim: Etzah is perfection of the power of imagination, to be able to assess everything properly, like it says in Moreh ha'Nevuchim. Gevurah is perfection of the power of arousal.

Radak: Also Da'as is Samuch to Hashem; he knows Hashem and fears Him.

Malbim: Da'as Hashem is knowing true mindsets about Hashem's Emes, His Hashgachah and ways. This is the level of Nevi'im, who attained this Emes via prophecy. Yir'as Hashem is needed, for Da'as without fear is nothing. Also fear without Da'as, he does not know Whom he fears!
