Rashi: It is at the end of the border. It is called Rivlah, Eretz Chamas, and Antuchiya. There Nebuchadnetzar judged Tzidkiyah, and killed his sons and gouged out his eyes. It is the end of the border, like it says about the Meraglim and elsewhere "Ad Levo Chamas" (Bamidbar 13:21).
