See Pasuk 29 &30.

2

Even though they would have been permitted had they not been strained. See also Torah Temimah, note 177.

2)

What is the Shi'ur Achilah for which one is Chayav?

1.

Me'ilah, 16b: The Shi'ur Achilah is k'Zayis 1 ? since the Lashon Achilah always implies a ke'Zayis.

In fact, once they emerge from the fruit, they are forbidden - and are only permitted as long as they have not yet emerged (Rashi).

2

They are not permitted however, if they grew inside the tree (Chulin, 67b).

5)
