What is the meaning of "Hiskadshu"?
Rashi: It means 'Prepare yourselves for punishment!' 1
Moshav Zekenim: The seventy Zekenim will have only this prophecy tomorrow, that you will tell the people "Hiskadshu" (but Eldad and Meidad will not continue to have prophecy).

Why did Hashem say "Hiskadshu le'Machar" and not straighhtaway?
Oznayim la'Torah: Perhaps they would do Teshuvah and the punishment would be averted.
"Hiskadshu le'Machar Va'achaltem Basar". Why did the Torah not write 'Hin'ni Nosein lahem Basar mi'Mocharas" - like it wrote by the other miracles - "Hin'ni Mamtir lachem Lechem" (Sh'mos 16:4); "Hin'n Omeid Lefanecha al ha'Tzur (Sh'mos 16:6)?
Ramban and R. Bachye: Because Moshe understood that Hashem did not intend to send meat in a miraculous manner - as we see from the facts.
