What is the meaning of "Odecha Ki Anisani"?

Rashi (27, citing Pesachim 119a): David said this when Shmuel anointed him.

Malbim: I thank You, for You afflicted me, for via this "va'Tehi Li li'Yshu'ah." This is like "Odecha Hashem Ki Anafta Bi Yashov Apecha u'Snachameni" (Yeshayah 12:1).
