What is the meaning of "Kedem Yadati me'Edosecha"?

1.

Rashi: Before the matter happened, I knew via Your Edos. Before [Yisrael] inherited the land, You commanded them about Bikurim, Terumos and Ma'aseros. Before You gave to them relief from their enemies, You commanded them "v'Hayah b'Hani'ach Hashem Elokecha Lecha..." (Devarim 25:19) to establish a king, eradicate Amalek and build the Beis ha'Mikdash.

2.

Radak #1: The beginning of what I knew and understood from Your Edos. When one begins to investigate them, he sees that they fix the world. When he delves deeply, he goes to honored matters, and sees that they are a ladder to ascend to Divine knowledge that is most honored. I saw this attribute at the start of my investigation.

3.

Radak #2: Refer to 119:152:2:3.

4.

Malbim: I knew from Your Edos from the beginning that You are close to the world and supervise it. Tales of the Torah tell how You supervise and gave to them Torah and Mitzvos.

What is the meaning of "Ki l'Olam Yesadtam"?

1.

Rashi: Based on all matters that will be at the end of the world, You established Your Edos.

2.

Radak #1: You made them a foundation that sustains the world.

3.

Radak #2: The Mitzvos do not have a limited time, like the Notzerim say. I understood this from the beginning, for I see that they are based on just and straight ways. How can they have a [limited] time? Tzedek is forever!

4.

Malbim: Do not say that Hashem was close only to the Avos and early generations, and afterwards You distanced. You established these Edos forever! What was in early days, You established that it will be so forever.
