What do we learn from "l'Mishpatecha Amdu ha'Yom"?

Nedarim 41a: Once a person's time to die comes, everything rules over (helps to kill) him.

Radak: [The creations always] stand to fulfill Your judgments and decrees, up to today, "Ki ha'Kol Avadecha."

Malbim: Above (84), he said "Masai Ta'aseh v'Rodefai Mishpat." No one stops You from doing justice immediately! Shamayim va'Aretz, which always exist due to Your word and Emunah, are prepared [to carry out] Your judgments. Why do You delay justice?
