What is the meaning of "Lo Yacharoch Remiyah Tzeido"?

Rashi: This is connected to verse 26. The Rasha's Derech makes him stray. He will not succeed in his trapping. It says Yacharoch (an expression of burning), for one who traps birds, he singes them in fire.

R. Yonah: A swindler will not benefit from wealth that he gathered via theft and fraud. He will not succeed in it, and not get honor from it.

3.

Malbim: A Ramai is the opposite of Charutz. He profits via schemes, like a one who traps birds via trickery - "ki'Chluv Malei Ohf Ken Bateihem Mele'im Mirmah" (Yirmeyah 5:27). He does not exert to get wealth via diligence, only via theft and fraud. He must hide his 'prey' so no person will see it.

Why does it say "v'Hon Adam Yakar Charutz"?

Rashi: The verse should be re-arranged. Hon of an Adam Charutz, i.e. a Kosher man's wealth, it is Yakar (dear). Charutz is one who does Emes, like "Yad Charutzim Ta'ashir" (10:4).

R. Yonah #1: If you see that a wealthy man is honored in the eyes of people, know that he is diligent; he did not gather it from theft and fraud, rather, legally.

R. Yonah #2: The dear wealth of a person is that he is diligent and zealous in his work.

4.

Malbim: The wealth of an esteemed person is diligent [wealth]. He gathered it via diligence and efforts. "Charutz" is an adjective describing Hon (wealth).
