Radak: The words of Shemayah and Ido pertain to the kings and their lineage.

Malbim: Ido wrote a Sefer of the lineage of Beis David, and he also wrote the wars between Rechav'am and Yaravam all their days. Shemayah wrote the rest of the matters.
