Radak: With all my Da'as and Sechel (knowledge and intellect). Thanks is in the heart alone, or with the mouth; song is with the mouth.

What is "Neged Elohim"?

Rashi: In front of the officers.

Radak: In front of the judges and Chachamim. This is like "Ad ha'Elohim Yavo Devar Sheneihem" (Shemos 22:8).

Malbim: Regarding miraculous conduct, it depicts that one who thanks for the good stands in front of Elokim and sees the King Himself, without an intermediary.
